Alameda County District Attorney Announces Charges in Fremont Massage Therapist Sexual Assault
Defendant faces eight felonies
OAKLAND — The Alameda County District Attorney’s Office announces sexual battery charges have been filed against a Fremont massage therapist, Abdul Kadirzada.
The allegations occurred between May and September 2022 at a chiropractic office in Fremont.
The defendant has been charged with eight felony counts including Penal Code 243.4(c) sexual battery false professional purpose, Penal Code 289(d) sexual penetration by foreign object, and Penal Code 243.4(a) sexual battery.
The case currently involves two identified victims. Both reported being inappropriately touched in a sexual manner by the defendant.
The defendant’s next court date is September 29, 2022, at the East County Hall of Justice located in Dublin. The hearing will take place in Department 702 at 9 a.m.
