People v Bostyon Johnson

On January 25, 2019, an Alameda County jury found defendant Bostyon Johnson guilty of 12 counts of child sexual assault. The conduct occurred from 2000-2012. Three young victims were sexually assaulted as children. The first victim was sexually assaulted beginning in the third or fourth grade and the crimes ceased when she was in high school. A second victim was sexually assaulted beginning when he was approximately 8 or 9 years old, and the third victim was sexually assaulted by the defendant when she was 12 years old. The case was prosecuted by DDA Peter McGuiness with the assistance of DA Inspector Veronica Ibarra.
