  Our Victim-Witness Assistance Division have experienced and trained professionals who can help refer you to available services, apply for emergency assistance from the California Victims Compensation Program, and to provide support as your case winds through the criminal justice system.

  If you are a victim of crime, you have very clearly defined rights and you have the right to know your rights! Find out about these rights in our PSA on Marsy's Law.
