Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price and members of the DA Office joined the California Highway Patrol and Fremont Police Department in a press conference Tuesday afternoon to discuss the arrests and charges of three defendants in the murder of 5-year-old Eliyanah Crisostomo.

DA Price stated that the three defendants have been charged with murder, shooting at an occupied vehicle as well as charges of felony assault with a semiautomatic firearm, among others.

“We appreciate the work done by the CHP and the work done by the Fremont Police Department,” DA Price said. “The level of the evidence will allow us to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt that these gentlemen committed these heinous crimes.”
