In accordance with the Victims' Bill of Rights Act of 2008: Marsy's Law, the Criminal Docket Finder was developed to provide victims with information on the defendant's appearance at public proceedings.
As a victim of a crime, you will receive a card containing the information necessary to use the Criminal Docket Finder. This information will include the Docket Number of the case, the court name, the police report number and the police agency name. With this information, go to the "Criminal Docket Finder" page (as shown below).
Follow the instructions, using EITHER option one or option two, to access the case and the future court dates.
To learn more about your rights, go to the Victim's Rights page or contact your local District Attorney Office.
