We encourage clients to make an appointment. To do so, please call 510-272-6180 or you can email us at vwclaim@acgov.org. Please provide:

  • You name
  • A contact phone number
  • A mailing address or email address
  • The Victim-Witness Claim Number/Police Report Number, if you have it.

You will be contacted as soon as possible.

For those clients without an appointment, a Victim /Witness Advocate will be available at the Main office as follows:

  • Monday, 1:00 p.m. -2:00 p.m.
  • Tuesdays 9:00 a.m. – 11:00- a.m. (1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. appointment only)*
  • Wednesdays 9 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and, 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Thursday 1:00p.m. – 3:00 p.m., appointment only*
  • Fridays 9 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 2:00.p.m.
