The DA's Office cannot respond to legal questions and we cannot refer you to a lawyer per the California Business & Professions Code section 6131.
The DA's office cannot communicate directly with you concerning a criminal case if you are represented by an attorney, unless we have the consent of your attorney. If you have an attorney, you may have him/her contact us. (Rule 2-100 of the California Rules of Professional Conduct).
E-mail messages that meet certain criteria are deleted without being opened.
